As established experts in school history tours, we at Anglia are pleased to offer a range of challenging and stimulating tours specifically designed to compliment the work of English Departments.
Building on proven and continuing success supporting the A level War in Literature Synoptic Unit and the OCR Anthology at GCSE; we are fully prepared to reinforce the new AQA syllabus for 2008 - 13.
Your tour will focus on the core prose and drama texts you have chosen for coursework and your preferred poetry text for the written examination. Around this core and after discussion with your literature guide we will build a stimulating mix of wider references. Historical/military context, diary entries, letters and extracts from other poems, autobiographies and novels will fascinate and challenge your students.
Each student will receive comprehensive supporting material to accompany each WW1 Literature tour.
A sample of other tours from our repertoire of Literature based tours include the following:
City Literary Walks
In conjunction with Square Mile Tours, we are delighted to offer this range of City Literary Walks covering...
