A group of 48 staff and students from years 8-11 have visited the battlefields of the Great War. The group travelled to Ypres in Belgium where they stayed at ‘The Poppies School Hotel’, for their three day visit. Looking forward to 2009 we have now settled upon dates for our teachers' familiarisation visits.
- Northern Ireland 31 Jan - 1 February
- Berlin 20-21 February
- Munich & Nuremberg 2 - 3 May
- Krakow and Auschwitz/Birkenau 24-26 May

Planning is underway for our programme of Familiarisation visits in 2009. We are currently looking at running 4 tours to: Northern Ireland, Berlin, Munich & Nuremberg and Krakow.
Once the details have been finalised a mailing will be circulated to all our customers.
