Staff Rides are designed specifically for Formation, Tri-Service Headquarters and career courses. Anglia Battlefield Tours will work closely with the Exercise Director to deliver precisely the support the Commander requires. We can assist with reading lists, pre-tour study days, write a tour booklet, provide contemporary maps and photographs and apply our travel expertise to deliver the complete package or simply provide one or two elements as a 'flexible facilitator'.
All of our guides available for Staff Ride tours are former officers from all three services, most are psc and many are badged members of the Guild of Battlefield Guides. They will be available to assist the Exercise Director at all stages of the process, including planning, recces, briefings and the field learning phase.
Role specific tours, examining for instance, obstacle crossing or COIN Operations can be developed to meet individual requirements .
Anglia is aware of the different Tri-Service requirements for these tours and can pitch them according to the individual Service needs.
