They are intended to bring an extra dimension to training, from reinforcing the Core Values or Domains of Force Development, to career courses and personal development. We will integrate with your development and training programme and take great care in writing itineraries that will provide training at the correct level to suit the audience and with the right degree of participation. The Realities of War tour will assist in laying the foundations of military character by helping to instill the habits of soldiering and reinforcing ownership of the Core Values.
These tours can also be designed to be unit and role specific following campaigns relevant to your Service, Regiment or Corps, incorporating esprit de corps and commemorative events.
