• Where possible, we only use accommodation that has been inspected by our staff, and that complies with EU regulations regarding Health and Safety.

• With adult groups, we will stay in 2* or 3* accommodation from well-known European Hotel chains such as IBIS and Campanile and Best Western. Tours to the United States and other non-European destinations will stay in equivalent accommodation to Europe.

• Schools and organisations will be given the choice between Hostel and Hotel accommodation. Schools will always be quoted on Hostel accommodation unless they specify otherwise. They will be given the option to upgrade if they so wish, but this will necessitate an amended quotation.

• Groups wishing to stay in 4 or 5* Hotel accommodation should state their requirements when requesting further information.

Meals

Schools
On day trips students will need to provide their own packed lunch. On tours of more than one day, all meals are included less packed lunch on Day one and evening meal on last Day, unless otherwise requested.

Adult Groups
Quotes are based on half board, less evening meal on the last day, unless otherwise requested. On some tours we will state full board on certain days if the tour dictates that this is a requirement.
