Anglia's policy is straightforward - you get one inclusive price all year round, which means you can plan your tours to suit your school's requirements.

Items Included on all our tours

• UK Guide(s) to accompany every tour.
• Preliminary visit to your school to discuss your tour requirements.
• Accommodation as agreed in your confirmation letter.
• All meals as agreed in your confirmation letter.
• Air or coach travel as specified, including all security charges and taxes but excluding departure taxes only payable locally.
• UK air passenger duty on air tours.
• Transfers from in country airport to accommodation and return.
• Comprehensive supporting material for every student and teacher.
• Evening presentation for teachers, parents and students on all residential tours.
• Generous free place allocation for staff.
• Assisted places scheme (contact office for more details).
• VAT at current rates where applicable. 

Our tours do not include

• Meals en route (unless specifically stated).
• Entrance fees to museums, boat trips and excursions unless specifically stated.
• Cost of visas and immigration taxes. Non-British citizens may require Visas/Transit Visas, for which the individual is responsible and must apply.  Please see Para 15 Passports and Visas in our Terms and Conditions.
• UK airport transfers (unless specifically requested by the school)
• Airport departure taxes, which are only paid locally.
• Cost of collective or individual passports.
• Personal travel insurance.

Meals

• Where full board is indicated (almost all of our tours are full board), this will include a packed lunch.
• We do not provide hot lunches for groups unless specifically agreed, and this will be at an additional cost.
• One drink is provided with breakfast, packed lunch and the evening meal.

Seat belts on coaches

All UK coaches are fitted with seat belts. In the event of a  breakdown, if it is necessary to provide a replacement vehicle, the coach will be fitted with seat belts if it is a UK coach. However due to the different legislation in countries outside the UK, this may not be possible, if a non UK coach is supplied. 

Familiarisation Visits

Anglia runs teacher familiarisation visits annually to Berlin, Krakow and Ypres. These visits may include the opportunity to inspect accommodation. 

Inspection Visits

In addition we will offer group leaders inspections to destinations not previously visited to enable you to carry out your own Risk Assessment of the accommodation and excursion venues if required. The visit will offer one free night's bed and breakfast accommodation to one group leader on receipt of their deposit if they wish to inspect accommodation personally. Return transport is not included. All other expenses must be borne by the school.
 

Supervision

Schools travelling with Anglia are expected to behave in a manner which will not bring your school into disrepute. Group Leaders are responsible for the behaviour and discipline of the students whilst on tour.

Anglia employs a no alcohol policy for under 18 year olds unless there is express written consent from parents/guardians. Smoking is not allowed in any rooms in accommodation. Please see para 14 Indemnity in our Terms and Conditions.
